Results of the All-Ukrainian Student Scientific Conference "HoReCa. Scientific Initiatives"
General Information
On May 22, 2024, the All-Ukrainian Student Scientific Conference "HoReCa. Scientific Initiatives", which presented four thematic areas:
- Innovative trends in HoReCa
- Hotel and restaurant business for the economic recovery of Ukraine
- Restaurant technologies and food design: trends and challenges
- Craft technologies: from traditions to innovations
The reports presented by students from various higher education institutions within the framework of discussion platforms ensured a high scientific level of the conference. The topics of the speakers' presentations were devoted to global challenges and trends in the development of the hospitality industry in wartime; synergy of innovations and traditional technologies of craft products, which contributes to the implementation of the concept of healthy nutrition of the population of Ukraine; innovative formats of the restaurant business and preservation of the authenticity of modern gastronomy of Ukraine and its regions; modern trends in food design, etc.
The scientific event was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, facilitated a lively discussion and expression of participants' opinions on the directions of restoring the HoReCa sector in Ukraine and enriching its intellectual potential in the post-war period.
Based on the results of the scientific conference and taking into account the relevance of the research, scientific and practical significance of the presented materials, the speakers were awarded diplomas of the first, second and third degrees.
