All-Ukrainian Student Scientific Conference “Land Management and Cadastre: Educational Trends”

General Information

On May 29, 2024, the Faculty of Technology and Business, at the initiative of the Department of Design, Engineering and Land Management, hosted the All-Ukrainian Student Scientific Conference “Land Management and Cadastre: Educational Trends.

According to the program of the event, the issues covered in the students' reports were discussed on 2 discussion platforms: “Geoinformation technologies in land management” and “Topographic and geodetic support in land management”.

The conference brought together students, teachers and specialists from different parts of Ukraine to discuss current trends and innovations in the field of land management and cadastre. The participants presented numerous reports covering a wide range of topics, including the latest methods of geodetic measurements, software for geospatial data processing, cyber security of geodetic data, digitalization of cadastral data and integration of new technologies into the educational process. Particular emphasis was placed on educational trends in the training of land management and cadastre specialists, as well as on the importance of an interdisciplinary approach to solving current problems in this area. The issues of environmental sustainability and efficient use of land resources were also discussed.

We thank all participants and organizers for their active participation and valuable contribution to the development of science and education in the field of land management and cadastre!
