A student from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting is among the winners of the international research competition "Credit and Banking System: History, Modernity, and Development Prospects"

Iryna SHCHERBYNA, a 1st-year master's student of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, received a second-degree degree diploma at the XI International Student Research Competition "Credit and Banking System: History, Modernity and Development Prospects". Her research on "Rating Systems for Assessing the Activity of Banks" received high praise from the expert jury, which included both academics and practitioners. The research was supervised by Associate Professor Liudmila Gerbych from the Department of Banking Liudmila GERBYCH.
The competition was organized by the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National University of Economics. The defense of the research took place online on June 6, 2024. Out of 15 research papers from 13 leading Ukrainian higher education institutions, finalists were selected through a rigorous double-blind peer review process.
