Practical intensive for free course participants at Ramada Encore Kyiv

The students of the HoReCa Service Management training program, which began on August 1, 2024, with the assistance of the United States Agency for International Development and under the Cooperation Agreement between the State University of Trade and Economics and the National Tourism Organization of Ukraine (NTOU), are successfully studying the practical aspects of the hotel business.
The training in the business environment is held at the Ramada Encore Kyiv international hotel, a representative of the leading hospitality companies. In close cooperation with the leading stakeholder of SUTE's Faculty of Technology and Business, the teachers of the Department of Hotel and Restaurant Business Management (course coordinators), Head, Dr. of Economics, Prof. Margarita BOIKO; PhD in Economics, Associate Prof. Natalia ZIKIY; PhD in Economics, Associate Prof. Tetiana TKACHUK and Administrative Manager Yulia Mozgova, reviewed the theoretical basis and practical cases on the functioning of the hotel, integration processes of interconnection of its departments, conceptual features of business hotels and their consideration in the formation of the range of services, specifics of the hotel restaurant business, professional background of online booking and automation of key business processes, organizational and economic foundations of business activities in the HoReCa segment.
