In the sectoral composition of the tender Commission included leading Russian scientists from different higher educational institutions of Ukraine and practice of tourist business. The Chairman of the Commission, doctor of Economics, Professor, academician of the APS of Ukraine A.A. Mazaraki noted the importance of support for talented students, creation of conditions for their creative growth, intensification of scientific-research work of the students by scientific inform the content of higher education in the direction of ‘Tourism» and the improved quality of o’danymi efforts NMC of services.

With a salutatory word to participants of the competition Commission addressed the Deputy Chairman, doctor of technical Sciences, Professor, first Pro-rector on scientific-pedagogical work NV Притульский.

the contest received 75 students scientific works of 40 higher educational institutions of Ukraine, representing 22 regions.

the Competitive Commission were defined categories:

1. Geography of tourism in Ukraine.
2. international tourism.
3. Specialized tourism.
4. Management and marketing in tourism.
5. Excursion activity.

the results of a competition Commission has identified 19 scientific works, whose authors will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of all-Ukrainian competition of student's scientific works on a direction "Tourism», which will be held in the framework of the all-Ukrainian student scientific conference " Actual problems of development of hotel, restaurant and tourist business» 21 March 2014 in KNTEU.
