In the meeting were: doctor of Economics, Professor, Deputy Chairman of the Specialized academic Council  D. 26.055.01 Form I.A. that stressed the importance of the formulation of scientific novelty of the dissertation;the  doctor of Economics, Professor, expert of the expert Board of the MES of Ukraine Tkachenko TI – about a typical comments of the experts, the dissertation works; doctor of technical Sciences, Professor, expert of the expert Council of Ministry of education of Ukraine, Member M.I. – about the peculiarities of dissertations on technical Sciences.

With the peculiarities of the preparation of dissertations and scientific-pedagogical staff in the University were the rector, doctor of Economics, Professor, Chairman  dissertation Council D 26.055.01, member of the Certifying Board of the MES of Ukraine A.A. Mazaraki, which gave a positive assessment of the state of preparation of the teaching staff, wished young scientists persistence, creative inspiration and successful completion of dissertations on competition of a scientific degree of doctor and candidate of Sciences.
