the Initiative of the forum is supported by: Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine, State Agency on science, innovation and Informatization of Ukraine, Ukrainian Association of business incubators and innovation centres and other, neighbors, partners – Belarusian state University of economy, Moldovan Economic Academy, which for the time of carrying out of the forum for the University of good friends.

the Business forum brought together and created the conditions for the exchange of views, more than 120 representatives of Central Executive bodies, universities, business, scientific and public organizations, whose professional interests are somehow related  many aspects of innovative activity and 60 of them were able to personally present the results of practical innovation.

the Constant attribute of the business forum is a collection of the materials, which this year amounts to 93 abstracts.

the First rector of KNTEU Prytulska Natalia Vladimirovna opened the work of the business forum and congratulated those present, focusing on the relevance of the issues of the forum, the necessity of its holding and activity organisers in this area, in spite of any external obstacles and difficult situation in the States isis.

every year, the participants pointed to important new directions for development of innovative activity in Ukraine, which has been added this year such as the international scientific and technical exchange and innovation cooperation, protection o’intellectual property objects and other.

Also, is updated annually, and the list of speakers, and it testifies to the growing popularity of the event in society. In addition, it should be noted that the presentation of these participants caused lively discussions and debates that have inspired the idea of partnership and cooperation.

So, associate Professor of software engineering of the Kharkov national University of Radioelectronics, Cand. the technology. Sciences of Revenchuk Ilona A. in his report on the theme “Improvements innovation and entrepreneurship, it students in Ukrainian UNIVERSITIES» has presented the analysis of the it programs at all educational levels from the point of view of the insufficiency of economic disciplines, which provide the graduate with the necessary knowledge and skills for the successful transformation of ideas into entrepreneurial activities, and also noted the creation of the infrastructure for student innovation.

This issue has found its continuation in the speech of the Professor of CISN of the Odessa national Polytechnic University, Cand. the technology. Sciences of Martyniuk Alexander Nikolaevich  – ‘the Concept of innovation ecosystems», in which the infrastructure for student innovations presented in the form of virtual innovation ecosystem where based business model B2C (Business to Customer – the organization interacts directly with the end user).

Director of “DBB "new" Okhremenko Sergey Vladimirovich has told about it created  the model of the exchange business assets, which aims to help the owner to commercialize innovations on favorable terms with their know-how, and the investors safe to invest in. Sure, that for many students of our University this model can be  successful startup.

Pretty interesting was the experience of the project “Snolab», which was presented roan Nina Dmitriyevna, head. the Department of the faculty of social Sciences and social technologies of the National University " Kyiv-Mohyla Academy’, Cand. Ekon. Sciences, associate Professor. On the basis of the main tasks of the project –creation of an open innovation platform that will allow to carry out productive cooperation in the triangle: “University – science – business”, our University is ready to join the project.

it was a Pleasant surprise, and reports from partners and co-organizers, time-tested, which led thorough research and monitoring on the functioning of techno parks; - authorities relations with enterprises of small and average business, business cubature and clusters; the development of innovation activity of enterprises and organizations in the conditions of the existing legislative framework and legal fields, among them:

• Innovation – the way of formation of a competitive Ukrainian economy – Shovkaluk V.S., Director of the Department of innovative activity and transfer thetechnologies of the State Agency on science, innovations and information of Ukraine;
• the problems of innovative development of the enterprises of small and average business and ways of resolving them – Aksenov G.N., Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Association of business incubators and innovation centers, Cand. the technology. Sciences, docent;
• ’Union of entrepreneurs in the system of innovative entrepreneurship development in Ukraine – Bykovets V.M., General Director of the Union of entrepreneurs of small, medium and privatized enterprises of Ukraine;
• of Problemss of implementation of elements of innovation infrastructure in Ukraine: background and results – V.P. Solovyov, Deputy Director of research center of scientific-technical potential and science history them. G.M. Dobrov of NAS of Ukraine, Dr. of Econ. Sciences, Professor;
• the Innovativeness of the economy of Ukraine in international ratings: aspects of intellectual property – androschuk GA, head of the laboratory of legal support of development of science and technologies of the Institute of intellectual property Academy of law Sciences  Ukraine, Cand. Ekon. Sciences, docent;
• Innovation policy trade networks – L. Fedulova I., Professor of the management Department of the Kyiv national trade-economic University, Dr. of Econ. of Sciences.

Participants of the business forum discussed a number of issues related’associated with international and domestic tendencies of formation of state innovation policy; the need to support the authority of innovative customized business, which in its hYSU in the future will provide not just mutually beneficial relations, and will have practical impact on budget revenues at the expense of deductions and tax activities of small and medium business; still not solved technology commercialization of innovation projects; by the interaction of the so-called triangle ’University-science-business» etc.

in Addition, the participants outlined the prospects of innovative development of commercial activities, possible solutions to the identified problems and established new business relations.

Also, the participants developed recommendations on solving of the above issues for the Central bodies of Executive power, higher education institutions, businesses and businesses that are interested in the innovative development of their companies and providing them with qualified personnel.

finally, the Director of the Institute of higher qualification PS Shklyaruk noted significant contribution of each participant of the forum on consolidation of intellectual resources for acceleration of innovative development of Ukraine on the principles of partnership and cooperation between educational, scientific and entrepreneurial  spheres, investors, authorities, media, ensure that this process of highly qualified specialists, as well as from the whole team of the organizing Committee expressed his sincere gratitude to everyone who took part in the event.
