In the conference took part the representatives of public authorities ’ Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, State tax Inspectorate of Ukraine, Kyiv regional state administration and of the Vinnytsia regional Council, National Bank of Ukraine, OJSC Commercial Bank " Khreschatyk», scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff of the leading scientific institutions and higher educational institutions of Ukraine.

At the plenary session were made reports devoted to issues of financial policy of Ukraine in the conditions of transition, the budgetary strategy of social development, fiscal policy as a tool for economic development, financial services and banking marketing in Ukraine. Sectional conference was held in 5 sections.
