In the competition jury included: the Chairman of the National Union of students of local lore of Ukraine, corresponding member of the NAS of Ukraine, Honoured science and technology worker of Ukraine A.P. op presenter; Chairman of the Ukrainian Association of tour operators of Ukraine I.A. of golubakha; Chairman of the Kyiv city organization of the National Union of Ukrainian ethnographers A.P. Goncharov;  member of the Board of the Union for promotion of rural green tourism in Ukraine L.V. Zarubina and other well-known scientists and specialists of the tourist industry.

the contest received 150 scientific works, of which 60 were selected finalists. The final conference were invited 29 authors of the best works from 19 universities of Ukraine, including 5 students of the Kiev national trade and economic University.

the winner of the competition in intense intellectual struggle became the student of the 2nd course of KNTEU Alexander Tunick, who studies in the direction of  it ’Tourism». At the final conference is  presented their research work on the theme “the Ukrainian Kyoto – a unique combination of cultures» (supervisor: – Ph.D., Assoc. Bilik CENTURIES).

the Work of Alexander was marked by a number of awards: the diploma of i degree for the innovative development of the student, diploma of all-Ukrainian Association of tour operators, gratitude from the National Union of students of local lore of Ukraine, the monetary award from network of tourist agencies ’Sonata», a valuable gift.
