To participate in the discussion of urgent problems of development of the market of financial services were invited leading specialists of the National Commission, carries out the state regulation of markets of financial services.

On the protection was presented to the p’five master's works. Three works protected on the assessment of the "perfect": Gusac A.S. on the theme “credit risk Management Bank in the conditions of global financial imbalances” – 100 points (supervisor – Dr. Econ. Sciences, Professor Shulga, the front national), Lanovenko Same. M. on the theme “protection of the rights of consumers of services of credit unions” – 93 points (supervisor – Cand. Econ. Sciences, Assoc. Avanesova IA), Pavlichuk S.V. on the theme “assessment of the effectiveness of leasing activity in Ukraine” – 90 points (NAUing the head – Cand. Econ. Sciences, Assoc. Nedera L.V.). Two works – on the assessment of the “good”: Galamso O.L. Kryzhanovsky ’Sales policy financial institution and directions of its development” – 83 points (supervisor – Cand. Econ. Sciences, Assoc. N.A. Maslov), Osadchiy A.S. ’Formation and prospects of development of insurance services in Ukraine” – 75 points (supervisor – Cand. the technology. Sciences, Assoc. Doroshenko MM).

According to the results of the protection of three students (Gusac A. S., Lanovenko Same. M., Pavlichuk S. Century) is recommended for graduate study.

the Chairman of the state examination Commission noted high level of preparation of the master's work, creative approach to their implementation, application of mathematical apparatus, clarity and consistency of presentation.

In JSC «Raiffeisen Bank Aval» defended their theses p’five students: Brlo E.V. on the theme “Infrastructure Bank's risk management» (supervisor – doctor of Economics, Professor Shulga NF); Ostroluchka T.M. on the theme “formation of the integrated risk management system the Bank’ (supervisor – doctor of Economics, Professor Shulga NF); Serebrova A.S. on the theme “Management of credit the portfolio of the Bank’ (supervisor – Ph.D., Assoc. Deep V.M.); Khramenko A.S. on the theme “risk Management of the banks in conditions of financial crisis and post-crisis period» (supervisor – doctor of Economics, Professor Shulga NF); Mould I.N. on the topic of “the activities of the Bank in the Deposit market and ways of increasing its effectiveness» (supervisor – Ph.D., Assoc. Nedera L.V.). All works are protected for the excellent mark.

the Best master's work is recognized as work Bro E.V., Ostrolecko T.M., Khramenko A.S. Despite the high scientific achievements that have been published in numerous scientific works (Brno E.V. – 5 scientific publications,  Ostroluchka T.M. – 3 scientific publications, Khramenko A.S.  – 3 scientific publications) is recommended for graduate study.

the Members of the commissions and specialists of JSC «Raiffeisen Bank Aval» noted the high scientific level of the presented scientific works, using the mathematical device, the ability to interpret and present results of the research. Especially valuable are the graduation master's work is devoted to research of transparency of information about the risks of banking activities, the exercise stress testing of the Bank's credit risk depending on changes of macro indicators of the country's development,  and infrastructure for risk management.

Congratulations to the team of the Kyiv national trade and economic University, as part of students of the 3rd course of the faculty of Finance and banking (specialty ’Financial intermediation») School Maria Sulima Cyril, Lanovenko Oksana and Mosques Catherine, who took the first place at the first student competition «Financial planning – a successful future”organized by the companies managing assets of OTP Capital, Troika Dialog Ukraine, KINTO, dragon asset Management with the support of the Ukrainian Association of Investment Business (UAIB).

the Purpose of the competition was to attract students to develop relevant for Ukraine model of financial planning for individuals, which will take into account European experience and available in Ukraine financial instruments, continued during April-may 2014.

Applications for participation in the competition were submitted by 15 student teams and 9 individual participants, who represented a Key isthe Kyiv national economic University. Century Hetman Kyiv national University of trade and Economics, the Kyiv school of Economics, black sea state University. Peter Graves, Ternopil national pedagogical University. Volodymyr Hnatiuk, Eastern national University named after Lesya Ukrainka.

the ceremony of awarding prizes to the winners took place on 12 June 2014 in Kyiv at the scientific-practical conference UAIB ’Investment business: overcoming the crisis.
