On agenda item ’training and methodological support of disciplines 2014–2015 academic year” was made by the first Vice-rector on scientific-pedagogical work  N.V. Prytulska. It was noted that all subjects 2014–2015 ay provided programmes and work programmes (86% of the issued printing, others – in the editing phase), reference lecture notes (issued by 89% for the CMO ’bachelor’ and 92 % – ‘master’, the master plan editions of the current year included 27 items).

the Adopted proposal for the permanent monitoring of the educational-methodical maintenance of disciplines of accounting of its results in the preparation of applications to the master plan of the publication of teaching materials for 2015, the focus on teaching materials of new and professionally oriented disciplines.

  On the issue of agenda " On the development of distance learning technologies» acted as head of the Department of economic Cybernetics                                and information systems A.A. Kharchenko. Attention was focused on the fact that in 2011–2014 by University teachers and staff of the laboratory of distant learning of LDO) introduced the use of elements of distancingx technologies at different stages of the educational process: during the study disciplines (training courses on remote), the control of knowledge (current and unit testing), certification (passing state exams) students and Olympics.

the decision on necessity of constant analysis of introduction of modern information technologies of training with the purpose of exchange of experience and dissemination of their use in the educational process; implementation of distance courses of lectures, interactive features and the like, preparation of the perspective plan of development of distance learning courses on subjects assigned to the departments.

at the End of the meeting, Professor of the Department of hotel, restaurant and tourist business SV Melnychenko submitted a demo version of the electronic textbook " Information technologies in tourism»,  created in collaboration with Ph.D., Assoc. N.I. Bear (Department of hotel, restaurant and tourist business) and VP Roganova (web designer laboratory of distance learning).
