During the visit the students were able to learn more about the company "Toyota", to study the model range of the brand, which is officially represented in Ukraine, as well as to know the working process of the cabin.

the Event began with a visit of students office FDI ’Toyota-Ukraine", where in front of them was the head of the sales Department FDI ’Toyota-Ukraine» Alexey Cywinski, after which the participants moved the dealership of Toyota ’city Plaza. 

the General Director of the show ’Toyota city Plaza» Andrew Garbarino told the students about the history, philosophy and development strategy of the company and familiarized with the activities of the dealership. Students learned about the personnel policy of the company, mentoring and training employees, the system of motivation of the sellers, the code of ethics of the company. Students also had the opportunity to ask questions and observe the process f isthe specialists of beauty «city Plaza. 

Next head of the Department of primary repair Vladislav Vasilishin showed a repair shop. Students watched the artists at work at the service station, acquainted with the system of principles ’cleaner production" 5S  qualification card services staff, learned about the organization of innovative activities and  professional skills competitions.

at the end of the visit  for students held a quiz, which consisted of several questions about Japan, the history of the Toyota company, to which they responded with great enthusiasm. The most active participants received branded Souvenirs with symbols of the Toyota.

Also, agreement was reached on further cooperation, in particular  about the meeting on October 18 spinothalamic landscaping near showroom at Petrovka, where it is planned to plant a cherry tree. In addition, the company invited the students to write an essay about the meeting and the impression from the company Toyota, the authors of the best essays will participate in a test drive of a new car.

the Aim of this cooperation  is to familiarize students with the company ’Toyota" in Ukraine, as well as the motivation and positive attitude to future careers, learning and development of students through mentoring.   Department of management plans to carry out similar projects for students.
