Project includes a series of master classes, lectures and seminars in 5 directions: "Leadership", "Finance", "Marketing and sales», «Business Analytics and production. 

More than 200 students 4-6-x courses FOEK, FFBS, FAN, HTTP listened specialized performances of the leading managers of the company ’Philip Morris Ukraine". Company representatives shared with the young people their stories of professional success, spoke about opportunities for internships and employment in a leading international company.

In the framework of this project, students learned about the possibility to see from the inside how modern and innovative production, visit  interesting and useful training professionals from different departments, to participate directly in solving real industrial problems from the employer.
