the Aim of the conference: raising the level of scientific research in the field of organizational and economic psychology, taking into account international experience and explore promising areas of work, publication and implementation of results of scientific researches of students, postgraduates and young scientists in the Humanities.

Main directions of work of the conference were:

— modern problems of sociology in the perception of the students'.
