Yulia was born on December 25, 1985, in Chernihiv.

From 2003 to 2008, studied at the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (KNUTE) specializing in "Antitrust Management" where she earned a master's degree in management. She also acquired deep knowledge of the principles of strategic behavior of competitors and skills in researching competition processes in commodity markets, which proved useful later on. Over the next four years, she engaged in research activities at the Department of Economics and Competition Policy of KNUTE, specializing in the problems of concentration of trade capital. Concurrently, she acquired a comprehensive set of practical knowledge and skills in land, real estate and equipment valuation, business, securities, intangible assets, and intellectual property by studying at the International Business Institute (Kyiv), Market Economics School "LIT" (Kyiv), as well as certified courses at the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

From July 2008 to October 2011, she worked as an economist and appraisal expert at the Ukrainian-Andorran joint venture "AMP" (Kyiv), Chernihiv Bureau of Technical Inventory, Chernihiv Regional Distribution Company "Chernihiv Law Division," JSC "Bank "Demarque" (Chernihiv), LLC "Chernihivtorg".

From October 2011 to April 2014 - Head of the Permanent Representation of Chernihiv in the People's Republic of China. In this position, she was responsible for disseminating information on the natural, economic, and investment potential of Chernihiv and Chernihiv region to attract investments to the region. She organized investment forums, held meetings and negotiations with representatives of local self-government bodies in the regions of the People's Republic of China, as well as with representatives of business circles; provided informational support to foreign investors during the period of their business operation in Ukraine; facilitated connections between the local self-government bodies of Chernihiv and Chernihiv region and the regions of the People's Republic of China, as well as between the business communities of these two regions.

Since May 2015 - Advisor to the Chairman of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration Kulich. Since August 2015 - Head of the Department of Economic Development of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration.

Since September 2017, she has been performing the duties of the First Deputy Chairman of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration. According to the order of the Chairman of the Regional State Administration dated March 14, 2018, No. 28-k, she was appointed as the First Deputy Chairman of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration.

Since 2019 - Deputy Minister of Economic Development, Trade, and Agriculture.

Since 2020 - Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

Since 2021 - Chair of the Council for Small Business Development Support.

From November 2021 - First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister of Economy of Ukraine.

     Maksym Potimkov

In 2007, graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Management, and Law of the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics with a specialization in "Antitrust Management"

In 2008, graduated from the Accounting and Finance Faculty (correspondence department) of the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics with a specialization in "State Financial Control."

Director of LLC "Sziget Ukraine" - a subsidiary representing the Hungarian company "Sziget Cultural Management Ltd," which is one of the leading organizers of music festivals in Europe.

Was born on June 27, 1985, in Kharkiv. In 2002,  graduated from Specialized School No. 135 in Kyiv.

From 2002,  studied at the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics with a specialization in "Antitrust Management" receiving a master's degree in 2007. In 2004, he enrolled in a second higher education program at the correspondence department of KNUTE with a specialization in "State Financial Control," and in 2008, he received a specialist diploma.

In 2008, completed courses in basic training for appraisers at the International Business Institute specializing in "Real Estate Appraisal, Expert Evaluation of Land Plots."

During 2008-2009, studied at the International Business Institute's Center for Development and Real Estate Management.

In 2014, completed the Management+Leadership personnel development program at the International Management Institute.

Began his professional career at the end of 2003 at LLC "Ionia" (importer of Italian coffee) as a specialist in market expansion methods. The main focus of his work in this position was the sale of coffee products through retail networks.

From mid-2004 to 2007,  worked as a real estate specialist at LLC "KNC." His main project was the independent sale of apartments in a 35-apartment club house in Kyiv (at Polupanova Street, 10), including marketing and legal support.

Since September 2007, has been a project management specialist in real estate at JSC "International Investment Company Interinvestservice."

In October 2008,  joined LLC "MLP-Chaika" - the largest logistics complex in Ukraine, as a client acquisition manager and tenant relations manager. Over three years in this position, long-term lease agreements were concluded for a total area of ​​over 100,000 sq. m. with companies such as "Kuehne+Nagel," "MTI," "Spormaster," "Datalux," "LAN-Ukraine," "Cat Cargo," "Honda-Ukraine," "Savage Ukraine."

Since 2012, has worked as the Director of Development for the M Consulting Group of Companies. Maksym initiated and created a new 

direction in the company - asset management in real estate with a focus on troubled assets of banks.

In parallel, in 2012, conceived the idea of ​​launching a large-scale annual international music festival in Kyiv following the European model. He entered into negotiations with one of the leading organizers of music festivals in Europe - the Hungarian company "Sziget Cultural Management Ltd" regarding expanding the activities of this company to the territory of Ukraine, namely founding the "Sziget Kyiv" music festival. At the end of 2012, he received the status of an official representative of "Sziget Cultural Management Ltd" in Ukraine. On June 26, 2013, a Memorandum of Intent was signed between LLC "Sziget Ukraine" and the Kyiv City State Administration regarding the annual international music festival "Sziget Kyiv" on Trukhaniv Island starting from 2014. The budget of the first festival in Kyiv was to be approximately 4 million euros, and it was necessary to attract 60-80 thousand visitors over 3 days. However, due to the unstable socio-economic situation in Ukraine, the first festival has been postponed to 2016.

He leads a healthy lifestyle and engages in sports. He is a player and administrator of the Kyiv amateur hockey team "Kryla Stolitsi," which regularly participates in amateur championships.


     Oleksandr Kamenchuk

In 2004,  graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Management, and Law of the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics with a specialization in "Antitrust Management"

From 2006 to 2008, studied at the Institute for Advanced Studies at the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics specializing in "Commercial Law" and obtained a master's degree in law.

Currently serves as the Deputy Head of the Administrative Services Reform Department at the Department of Public Administration Reform of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.

Was born on December 5, 1981, in Kyiv.

In 1999, enrolled at the Kyiv State Trade and Economics University with a specialization in "Antitrust Management". From 2006 to 2008,  continued his education at the Institute for Advanced Studies of the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, specializing in "Law."  Obtained a master's degree in law.

Oleksandr began his professional career on November 21, 2004, at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. During his tenure at the Ministry, he held positions such as Specialist of the 1st category, Senior Specialist of the Department of Competition Policy, Chief Specialist, Deputy Head of the Licensing and State Permits Department, and Head of the Licensing and State Permits Department.

In September 2011, was appointed Deputy Head of the Administrative Services Reform Department.

In June 2005 and July 2013, was awarded Certificate of Appreciation by the Minister for conscientious and high-quality performance of duties.

In 2012,  was a member of the working group at the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine aimed at revising the draft Law of Ukraine "On Administrative Services" (effective from October 7, 2012), which defined the legal framework for the realization of the rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities in the provision of administrative services.

Currently, under his leadership and with his direct involvement, several draft laws in the field of administrative services provision reform have been developed and submitted for consideration by the Government, including the draft Law of Ukraine "On the List of Administrative Services and the Amount of Fees (Administrative Fee) for Their Provision," aimed at standardizing the list of administrative services provided by state bodies and local self-government bodies. He also participates as a speaker in seminars on "Improving the System of Providing Administrative Services to Citizens and Businesses in Ukraine."


     Iryna Nazarenko

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Management, and Law of the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics with a specialization in "Antitrust Management" in 2003.

Currently serves as the Deputy Head of the Second Department of Research and Investigations - Head of the Department of Oil and Oil Products Markets at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

Was born on January 11, 1981, in Shepetivka, Khmelnytskyi Oblast.

Graduated from Shepetivka Secondary School No. 7 with a gold medal in 1998.

From 1998 to 2003, she studied at the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics with a specialization in "Management of Antimonopoly Activities."

Immediately after graduation, she started her professional career at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, where she has been working since 2003, holding positions such as Senior Specialist, Chief Specialist, Deputy Head of the Department, and Head of the Department. She has been serving as the Deputy Head of the Second Department of Research and Investigations - Head of the Department of Oil and Oil Products Markets since October 2014.

At the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, she ensures compliance with legislation on the protection of economic competition, handles applications and cases regarding violations by market participants in the transport, communications, and fuel and energy complex markets.

In 2011, she participated in the training program "Regulation in the Field of Electronic Communications" as part of a technical cooperation project with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and received a corresponding certificate.

In 2011, she also studied at the Institute for Advanced Studies of Management Personnel at the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.

As part of the delegation from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, she participated in seminars organized by the Budapest Regional Center

of the OECD Competition Division (Hungary) on topics such as "Market Power Assessment" and "Exclusive Agreements and Discriminatory Practices: Tied Sales / Bundle Sales, Price Discrimination, and Loyalty Discounts" aimed at exchanging experience with competition authorities from other countries.

During the seminars, she familiarized herself with the theoretical and practical approaches of EU member states and the United States to the application of competition law.

Iryna Nazarenko actively participates in working groups at the Wholesale Electricity Market Council, including on the development of regulatory acts in connection with the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "On the Principles of Electricity Market Functioning," aimed at liberalizing the wholesale electricity market in Ukraine and creating an effective competitive environment in the electricity market in line with EU legislation.

For her many years of conscientious work, high-quality performance of official duties, professionalism, and significant contribution to the development and protection of competition in Ukraine, Iryna Nazarenko has been commended by the Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and awarded a valuable gift by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
