The first Rector of the Kyiv Institute of Trade and Economics – Tamara Skyrda – celebrate her 90th Anniversary on January 5, 2014!

We know You as a state and public figure, a talented leader and organizer, a wise teacher and deep thinking scientist, who gave all the strength to task of training highly qualified specialists for the trade sector of Ukraine. Your name associated with the formation of our University and with the almost 20 years period of it development and activity. You paid high attention to question of education of rising generation, giving a personal example of high spirituality, patriotism and active civil attitude. You are example to follow for the young generation.

     Your autobiographical book "Living life is not like crossing a meadow" was recently published. It told us in detail about your life journey, full of diligent service to our country and dignity honored by many government awards and decorations. You have done a lot, but there are many formidable opportunities and great accomplishments in future.

     Dear Tamara Ivanivna, please accept our sincere congratulations on occasion of Your momentous anniversary!
