First Vice-Rector Nataliia Prytulska opened the forum and addressed to the participants: “We all understand, that there would be no progress without innovation process. We should set grounds for business innovations at the present time to prepare modern generations of specialists for the future of our country!”      

Viktor Shovkaliuk, Director of the Innovation Activity Development and Technology Transfer of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine addressed to the participants with the report on theme “Modern condition and perspectives of innovation policy”.

Yurii Kapitsa, Director of the Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Center of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine told about pressing issues of innovation-driven growth of Ukraine in the process of European integration.

Bykovets Vyacheslav, CEO of Business League of Small, Medium and Privatized Enterprises of Ukraine paid attention on the business associations, which “must be instrumentals of the system of innovation entrepreneurship development”. 

During the Forum a lot of scientists made presentations of their speeches and were discussed following topics:

• Technology transfer centers of the University;
• Key ways of the activity corporatization and scientific organizations;
• Partner projects between business and universities;
• IP as source of funding of innovation activity of the University etc.
