Directions of scientific research

Scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Management participate in the implementation of self-financing and state-budget scientific research works, scientific and scientific-practical conferences, preparation of dissertations, prepare scientific publications and scientific-methodical developments - textbooks, study guides, reference notes of lectures, collections of test tasks and problems, situational exercises.

Implementation of the results of research work in practice

During 2005–2023, the results of scientific research of the Department of Management were reflected in the practical activities of enterprises, institutions, and organizations, as well as in the improvement of the educational process at KNUTE / SUTE.
Based on the results of 20 dissertations prepared at the department for obtaining the scientific degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences and Doctor of Economic Sciences, more than 50 recommendation packages have been developed and implemented to increase the effectiveness of management of organizations, state institutions, enterprises of various organizational and legal forms and types of activity.

Scientific conferences

During 2005–2023, teachers of the Department of Management participated in 543 scientific conferences, including 424 international and 119 national; more than 610 performances have been prepared.

The work of postgraduate and doctoral studies

During 2005–2023, 61 persons were admitted to postgraduate studies at the management department, 2 persons to doctoral studies.

Publishing activity

During 2005–2023, 1,633 printed works with a total volume of 14,697,6 prints were published by teachers and graduate students of the Department of Management. sheet, incl. 583 scientific articles (over 375 dr. sheets), of which 181 are in publications included in international scientometric databases, including 20 articles in Scopus and 25 in Web of Science.

Research work of students

Involvement of higher education students in scientific work in the Department of Management is carried out in the following directions:

- preparation of essays by students of 2-3 courses studying the disciplines of the managerial cycle;
– scientific developments of students of the 4th, 1st-2nd courses during the preparation of coursework and final qualification papers;
– articles of students during the preparation of coursework and final qualification papers;
– scientific reports based on the materials of scientific research at student scientific conferences;
- participation of students in the work of scientific circles;
- participation of students in the development of state-budget scientific and research department works;
- participation of students in competitions of final attestation and scientific works;
- participation of students in intra-university and all-Ukrainian Olympiads.
