The students have a unique opportunity to improve their theoretical knowledge in Business Simulation Training and Research Center in SUTE. The students learn innovative methods and techniques of decision-making in general and functional management, business planning, economics, finance, logistics, accounting, marketing research, HR management, gain the skills in conducting business and financial operations, performing duties at certain workplaces of a simulated hospitality company.

Innovative computer technologies are actively used in the educational process to form professional demand and mobility of future specialists. Students have a holistic view of the business processes of the hotel and restaurant in real time, gain professional competencies to solve professional problems in booking services, organizing sales, receiving and accommodating customers, managing customer relations, generating data for management control over the company's activities. The use of computer technologies in the training process of future hospitality specialists is the key to their high competitiveness in the professional environment!

Practical skills. The students have the opportunity to attend lectures by leading hospitality practitioners along with compulsory lectures and classes. During the first year of study, the students get acquainted with the peculiarities of hotel and restaurant business. They have internships in Ukraine and in international hotel chains abroad (Slovakia, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, etc.).
