It is based on the educational concept of leading foreign educational institutions in training specialists in the field of international management and has a practical orientation.
Within the framework of the new master's educational program (specialization) "International Management", highly qualified specialists with modern views, creative thinking, and leadership skills, are capable of solving practical problems and specialized tasks in the field of effective management of the activities of transnational corporations and their structural units to ensure competitiveness is trained on national and international markets, perform management tasks in the conditions of business internationalization.
Studying in the "International Management" specialization provides an opportunity for KNTEU students to gain in-depth professional knowledge and acquire practical skills in the field of managing transnational corporations.
We teach: to study the external and internal environment of the company, to evaluate the competitive advantages of the company and justify the directions of their strengthening due to the opportunities of doing business in different countries, to make effective management decisions in the changing conditions of the international competitive environment, to form the corporate architecture of the company, to carry out personnel management in a cross-cultural environment, to develop international strategies and comprehensive programs for the organization and development of activities of transnational corporations.
Our graduates hold positions in domestic and international companies: top managers (general director, chairman, president); heads of financial, economic, production, and administrative divisions; analysts for investments, lending, research of international markets, issues of financial and economic security of TNCs; experts on international issues, etc.
